It identifies itself as "CleverPush 1.0 (CleverPush/1337.0)" and requests article URLs directly rather than feed paths, from Hetzner (AS24940) addresses. Note that CleverPush also ships an end-user mobile SDK whose User-Agents end in "CleverPushApp/<version>"; those requests are real app readers and are deliberately not matched by this entry.
